The Ire bridge two important musical landscapes of my adolescence: early 80’s dark wave a la 4AD, Siouxsie and the Banchees, Bauhaus, early Joy Division etc., and late 70’s-early 80’s American punk, topped with thoughtful, political lyrics. The sound is refined, reminiscent with a raw edge. This is quickly becoming my second favorite record of 2022. JFrancisRussell

Ridiculously infectious, instant urge to dance, rock. You're going to listen to Fan The Flames anyway, so make sure to listen to Travelin On too. John Evelyn
